“I decided to participate to learn more yoga exercises, relaxation techniques, and spinal strengthening, especially in the lumbar region. I appreciated the exposition and explanation of the theoretical part, which is important to know well in order to understand how to intervene to help ourselves feel better. But above all, I learned many different exercises to strengthen the spine and help eliminate lower back pain. The main benefits were increased flexibility and reduced lumbar pain, as well as relief from sciatica pain.”
